Every great hero needs mentorship or encouragement from supporting characters along to way. We’d like to learn how Lake Trust has played a supporting role on your path to financial wellbeing.

Help encourage more members like you on their journey to success by sharing your story. We may contact you to see if you’d be interested in participating in a photo shoot, video production, or interview to be featured in a member story.

By submitting my story I give Lake Trust Credit Union the authorization to use my likeness and comments or the likeness (and/or the likeness and/or comments of my minor child(ren)), whether photographic still, video, digital or other recorded means, for use in all media forms or a future composite or derivative work using excerpts from this work.
 
In submitting my story I understand I will not receive any form of compensation for this Release.  I further understand the completed work may be broadcast over public airwaves or used in print, including electronic, or social media. All negatives, positives, prints, digital reproductions and video and audio recordings shall be the property of Lake Trust Credit Union.  
 
I agree to hold Lake Trust Credit Union, its officers, employees, or agents harmless from any and all liability associated with the use of my likeness or comments as permitted by this Release.
