With a Virtual Teller Machine (VTM), you can perform quick options found typically on an ATM or use the video feature to speak with a team member for help managing your accounts. VTMs offer a wider range of transactions and more flexible denominations than a typical ATM.

2 Enter the Prize Grab Machine and collect as many bills as possible from the air. For each bill collected, Lake Trust Credit Union will donate an equal amount of money to the Monroe County Opportunity Program (MCOP). Bills collected from the floor or wall do not qualify for the donation. Lake Trust will also match the cumulative donation from the bills collected up to $1,000. Participants will receive a $25 Meijer gift card if the blue dollar bill is collected from the air in the Prize Grab Machine. A blue dollar bill collected from the floor or wall will not qualify for the $25 Meijer gift card. No membership required to participate. Limit one gift card per person. Maximum of 10 gift cards available. Must be 18 or older to participate. 

 

3APY = Annual Percentage Yield. Rates as of Nov 18, 2025, and subject to change. Minimum $500 deposit to open. Penalty for early withdrawal. Upon renewal, the 7-month Empower Monroe CD will convert to a 6-month regular CD at the then current rate. Only available in person at the Monroe Relationship Center, 1237 Holiday Boulevard, Monroe, MI 48612.

 

4 Must be a Michigan resident 18 years or older to participate. From November 24, 2025 through December 13, 2025, new and existing members that open a new account, deposit $50 into the account, with promo code "WELCOMEMONROE” will receive a $10 deposit into their Membership Savings account within three (3) business days after the account is approved and opened. Limit of one $10 deposit per person. Also, $10 will be donated to Monroe County Opportunity Program. For tax purposes, deposits are reported as legally required. Member responsible for all applicable taxes. Lake Trust employees, Board members, and immediate family not eligible. Other restrictions may apply.
