Here’s what you need to know for the most seamless move.

The new Online & Mobile Banking experience is here! With enhanced security, more timely alerts, and less interruptions to access. Before you see the updated look and feel and explore the additional features. Here are a few things that you need to know.

Log in between Feb 25 and Mar 13.

Log in using your current username and password before March 13. The new mobile app will be called “Lake Trust Mobile Banking.” When you log in for the first time, you’ll see a screen asking you to review and accept our disclosures.

Download the new Lake Trust Mobile Banking app and create your new log in today! If you’re logging in for the first time since the launch of the new Online & Mobile Banking experience on February 25, you’ll be asked to enroll as a new user. Follow the prompts to create a new username and password. When you login for the first time, you’ll see a screen asking you to accept our disclosures.

External Transfers

External Transfers

External transfers (moving money between your Lake Trust account and your accounts at external financial institutions) will need to be set up within the new Online & Mobile Banking Experience.

External transfers (moving money between your Lake Trust account and your accounts at external financial institutions) will be unavailable in Online & Mobile Banking Feb 23 and Feb 24. Please plan on making any necessary external transfers on or before Feb 22. External transfers will need to be set up after Feb 25 within the new Online & Mobile Banking Experience.

Transfers between Lake Trust accounts will not be interrupted.

Bill Pay

Bill Pay

All scheduled bill payments have been successfully transferred. You can view your Bill Pay details in the new app and manage your payments anytime.

From the Mobile App

Select Payments on the bottom menu.
Then select Bill Pay.

From the Online Web Experience

Select Payments on the top menu.
Then select Bill Pay.

Quicken Direct Connect

Quicken Direct Connect

Beginning Feb 25, the Quicken Direct Connect service will no longer be available in Online & Mobile Banking. You’ll no longer be able to log in to Direct Connect from Lake Trust or view your Lake Trust transactions through Quicken.

  • You can download your transaction information within Lake Trust Online Banking and upload it directly into Quicken

  • Access Bill Pay, your free payment service through Online & Mobile Banking

  • Use the free, enhanced Money Management service to budget and track your Lake Trust accounts and more for a full picture of your finances

Your lending specialist will guide you through this process. Making it simple to determine if your project qualifies for a special rate reduction.

  • Qualified energy audit
  • Solar panels and battery storage
  • Energy-efficient windows and doors
  • HVAC replacement or heat pumps
  • Insulation upgrades
  • Energy-efficient roofing or cool roofing
  • EV charging stations
  • Water heaters (tankless or energy efficient models)

Communications from Lake Trust Online & Mobile Banking will now come from 517.618.9137 and laketrust@laketrust.org.

For the most seamless move to your new Online & Mobile Banking experience.

During the Launch (Feb 25 – Mar 13)

Step One: Download and Log in

Download the new Lake Trust Mobile Banking app and log in to Online Banking using your current Lake Trust username and password.

You may be prompted to create a new password.

Your new Online & Mobile Banking experience has enhanced security and password requirements which may require creating a new password. It’s another layer of protection. Helping to keep your account safe.

 

Step Two: After Initial Log in

Review and accept the disclosures window that pops up. Explore the new features and the new look and feel.

 

Step Three: Review your Account

Review your account including the following:

  • Review your Transfers
  • Review your Loan Payments in the new Loan Payments menu option
  • Set up your External Accounts
  • Link any external accounts in Money Management
  • Add in your Member-to-Member Transfers
  • Set up any Alerts you wish to see
  • Delete any previously “hidden” payees you no longer wish to see in Bill Pay

 

Step Four: Delete Old Mobile Banking App

After downloading the new Lake Trust Mobile Banking app, logging in, and reviewing your account. Feel free to delete the old mobile banking app.
