Here’s what you need to know for the most seamless move.
The new Online & Mobile Banking experience is almost here. With enhanced security, more timely alerts, and less interruptions to access. Before you see the updated look and feel and explore the additional features. Here are a few things that you need to know.
Members currently using Online & Mobile Banking at Lake Trust must log in between Feb 25 – Mar 13 to convert over to the new Online & Mobile Banking experience. If you log in after this window of time, you’ll have to establish a new online login.
Log in using your current username and password before March 13. The new mobile app will be called “Lake Trust Mobile Banking.” When you log in for the first time, you’ll see a screen asking you to review and accept our disclosures.
External transfers (moving money between your Lake Trust account and your accounts at external financial institutions) will be unavailable in Online & Mobile Banking Feb 23 and Feb 24. Please plan on making any necessary external transfers on or before Feb 22. External transfers will need to be set up after Feb 25 within the new Online & Mobile Banking Experience.
Transfers between Lake Trust accounts will not be interrupted.
When at least 50% of your closed-end home equity loan is used for eligible energy-efficient home upgrades, you get 0.5% off the interest rate. Below are some eligible projects. Your lending specialist will guide you through this process. Making it simple to determine if your project qualifies for a special rate reduction.
How you’ll hear from us.
Communications from Lake Trust Online & Mobile Banking will now come from 517.618.9137 and laketrust@laketrust.org.
For the most seamless move to your new Online & Mobile Banking experience.
Step One
Collect your username and password from your account in Online & Mobile Banking.
Find this information by going to My Settings then look under Login & Security. Reset your password if you don’t know it.
Step Two
Note your Lake Trust account number located in Account Details in Online & Mobile Banking.
Step Three
Verify that your account has an up-to-date email address before Feb 24. Find your email address in My Settings. Your email address is required to access the new Online & Mobile Banking experience.
Step Four
Enable texting in Online & Mobile Banking. You can find this under Security Options. Then choose Enable Texting.
Step Five
Note any of your external transfers or automatic transfers in Online & Mobile banking before Feb 22. These will need to be setup in the new Online & Mobile Banking experience when it launches on Feb 25. To set these up, you’ll need the routing and account number from your other financial institution.
Step One: Download and Log in
Download the new Lake Trust Mobile Banking app and log in to Online Banking using your current Lake Trust username and password.

You may be prompted to create a new password.
Your new Online & Mobile Banking experience has enhanced security and password requirements which may require creating a new password. It’s another layer of protection. Helping to keep your account safe.
Step Two: After Initial Log in
Review and accept the disclosures window that pops up. Explore the new features and the new look and feel.
