Our Detroit relationship centers, including the locations on Woodward and inside the DTE Headquarters, have exclusive access to the 7-month Power Up CD where you can earn 4.35% APY¹. After the 7-month term is up, the Power Up CD will convert to a regular 6-month CD.

To start saving, choose an amount of $500¹ or morethat you can set aside. Then, visit the DTE relationship center or our Woodward relationship center. Hurry, this offer is only available until September 2.

How a CD can help you save.

A CD, or certificate of deposit, is an easy way to save money over a specific period of time. When you open a CD, you’ll choose an amount to set aside (your deposit). Then, you’ll pick a term, which is the length of time you’d like to leave that money in the account (the Power Up CD has a 7-month term). When the term is up, you can use the funds in your account or roll over the balance into a new CD.
