Bringing 12 years of lending and banking experience to the Commercial Lending team, Renee also earned a degree in Business Administration and Marketing/Management degree from Northwood University. She is passionate about travel and has an ongoing commitment to explore a new place each year.

Paula Fetzer

Supporting members since 2009, Paula brings 17 years of experience serving members in several roles across the credit union. Paula earned an MBA and a degree in Economics and Management degree from Albion College. Her father served in the army, so she’s lived in states across the U.S., including Alabama, Texas, Virginia, and Michigan.

Bringing 12 years’ experience serving Lake Trust members across Michigan, Todd started in banking after earning his degree at Central Michigan University. He's passionate about helping businesses grow and is always ready with a well-timed joke.

Amanda Gross

Commercial Services Support Specialist

Helping businesses with Commercial Lending solutions since 2013. Amanda has been serving Lake Trust members since 2009 across multiple roles at the credit union. Amanda brings her long-term financial experience as well as a degree in Business Management from Cleary University. When she's not working with businesses, she's cheering on a local travel lacrosse club named in her honor.
