Check your account with a text

Send us a text message to check your balances and get alerts in real-time. You can even transfer funds without signing in to Online or Mobile Banking.

To activate Text Message Banking, log in to Online Banking and choose Mobile Banking & Alerts. Choose ‘Start text banking now’ and follow the prompts to choose your Primary Account and your Transfer Account.

After setup, you can text us anytime at 454545 using a few simple messages:

BAL Primary Balance
LAST Last 5 transactions
TRANS Transfer funds to primary account
STOP Deactivate text banking
HELP We’ll send you a list of help topics
Get transaction alerts

You can decide when, and if, you want notifications sent to your phone or email for low balances, large deposits, or large withdrawals.* To set up transaction alerts, just sign up for Online Banking. Then:

  • Select Mobile Banking & Alerts from the Additional Services menu
  • Choose which email and/or phone number you want to receive alerts
  • Select More Options under ‘Alert Type’ to change the account you want to receive alerts about or to schedule a personal message

*Please note that alerts will be scheduled, not sent in real time.
