How does a credit union work?

At a credit union, every member is an owner. Unlike shareholder-owned banks, a credit union reinvests its income each year to improve the member experience.

When will I receive my debit card?

Your debit card will typically arrive in 7–10 business days at the address provided in your membership application.

Will I receive paper statements?

Yes, you will receive paper statements unless you specifically choose paperless/electronic statements. You can sign up for E-Statements in Online Banking by choosing the “E-Statements” option under Account Management at the top of the menu. Note: there is a $2/month fee if you choose to continue receiving paper statements.
